Health is Wealth Immersion

Health Immersion Program: 

Hands on participation in planning & preparing meals, exercise, true health education, sharing ideas and experiences.

This immersion program is designed to teach the fundamentals of healthy food preparation.  Participants will experience a new paradigm in eating.  Enjoying up to three fresh juices per day, and daily meals that will cleanse and detoxify the body. 

Topics include:  Juices & Smoothies, Raw meals, Vegetarian cooking, Soups, making over your pantry, eating out, or on the road.

Up to 3 per day Liquid super meals:
Fresh vegetable juice
Fresh fruit juice-  on empty stomach, half hour before meal
Smoothie-  mid day snack to replace a meal
Roughy- mid day snack to replace a meal
Nut milk-  with porridge, or in a smoothie
Milky smoothie- mid day snack to replace a meal

Start off your day with a 20 oz glass of fresh filtered water, followed by one fresh vegetable juice. 

Breakfast (choose one)
Hot porridge of the day (Amaranth, Steel Cut Oats, teft or other whole grain)
with nut milk, flax seed, nuts, raisins, etc
Smoothie or roughy

Lunch and dinner menu:

Salads-  all raw many variations, dressed with nuts, and fresh dressings
Greens- raw or steamed
Cooked vegetable
Cooked grain
Clear soup
Bean soup
Vegetable stew
Healthy dips, creams, and accents (bean dips, nut creams, toppings, etc)

I recommend having a full health assessment with a natural practitioner $175. Includes full panel blood test.
Massage, yoga, kayaking available for additional fee.
